Overview of our company

Open Joint Stock Company “Belarusrezinotechnica” – is one of the largest manufacturers of rubber components within the Republic of Belarus. Established during the 1950s, the plant has enjoyed many years of growth. The plant’s current workforce is in excess of 2000.           

Initial production was based on the manufacture of natural rubber components, rubber crumb production being introduced during this period. In 1958 the reconstruction of the plant started. As a result, a number of production units were put into operation.

Including, plants for molded and non- molded components and parts used for automotive and tractors manufacture. Hose and rubber drive belt production, together with polyurethane component manufacturing was also introduced at this stage of the factory’s development.

In April 1992 the company became a ‘People’s Enterprise ‘’, and as from May 1994 – the joint stock company “Belarusrezinotechnica”.

At the present time there are six production units at the plant, each having independent 
processes and their own range of rubber products. 

The production portfolio includes rubber hoses, conveyor belts, polyurethane components, and drive belts for gear wheels, molded and extruded rubber products, including component parts for automobiles, tractors, and agricultural machines. Components  for a wide variety of industries having been manufactured at the plant for several years.
Our customer base is comprised of many major component users e.g. one of the world’s largest tractor and truck manufactures - Minsk Automobile Plant. Other major customers are BelAZ, AutoZAZ-DAEWOO and GAZ.

Annual sales exceed 40 million USD.
Modern manufacturing processes and a wide range of machining equipment make it possible to fulfill the production requirements for both Belarusian and export customers.
 
In 2009 the technical upgrading started. It’s purpose is to improve the quality control of rubber compounds, to elevate precision and quality of the production, to increase the labour productivity. We purchased and set going the following equipment:

  • “BARWELL” performers for manufacturing of intermediate product and cryogenic deflashing system for o-rings processing;
  • “RUTIL”  Vacuum compression moulding machines for rubber reinforced gaskets production;
  • “RUTIL”  Vertical and horizontal injection moulding machines
  • proximate analysis laboratory which provides with current production data for:
  • improving products quality
  • reduction of manufacturing expenses
  • increasing of test reliability and accuracy by human factor exclusion while test-data reduction
  • minimization of rubber compound inspection time during production process

The involvement of qualified specialists, certification of production and the establishment of quality control systems e.g. ISO 9000 series, all contribute to the manufacture and supply of high performance articles.

The enterprise enjoys long standing, well organized relationships with major world-wide raw material suppliers.
 
All this contributes to our ability to satisfy the needs of our customers in a timely and cost effective manner.
