Product quality is one of the most important performance indicators of Belarusrezinotechnika OJSC. The modern market economy makes fundamentally new demands on product quality. This is due to the fact that the survival rate of any enterprise, its stable position in the goods market is determined by the level of competitiveness, which in turn is associated with dozens of factors, among which two main ones can be distinguished - price level and quality. At the same time, quality is gradually coming to the fore. JSC Belarusrezinotechnika always pays great attention to quality. One of the confirmation of the stability of the quality of products is the existing quality management system.
The first certificate of compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of ISO 9000 series of international standards was received by Belarusrezinotechnika OJSC in March 2003. This was the first step towards the fulfillment of the task set by the leadership - the development, implementation and certification of a quality management system for the production of rubber and polyurethane products for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9000 series. To solve this problem, staff was repeatedly trained, the policy of JSC Belarusrezinotechnika was reviewed and quality objectives were set, system documentation was finalized and implemented Quality management systems.
At the moment, the company has a quality management system based on the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015. Fulfillment of the requirements of the standards of the ISO 9001 series allows the organization to increase customer satisfaction, optimize performance and increase the effectiveness of the enterprise development management system in a competitive environment.
Belarusrezinotechnika OJSC is working on the implementation of a quality management system that meets the requirements of STB 16949-2018 “Quality Management Systems. Special requirements for the application of STB ISO 9001-2015 for organizations involved in the supply chains of automotive, agricultural, material handling, mining and special ”. Tools are being introduced to improve product quality such as: APQP (prospective planning of product quality), SPC (statistical process control), FMEA (analysis of the types and consequences of potential failures), MSA (analysis of measuring systems), PPAP (process for coordinating the production of parts).
Improving quality is the main source of increasing use value, and, consequently, profit growth in the enterprise.
